We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager specialized in dairy and cheese manufacturing plants to lead and manage all maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance of production equipment and utilities while maintaining high standards of food safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for dairy and cheese processing equipment.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production continuity.
- Manage maintenance of production lines, pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, filling and packaging machines.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the maintenance team.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and operations departments.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and local regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Supervise contractors and external service providers when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within dairy or cheese factories.
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing equipment and utilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
