- Communicates any changes in daily duties
- Makes sure all shifts are covered
- Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (wall switches,light fixtures bulbs, ballasts, and tubes)
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance (repair or replace minor leaks in drains and faucets: unclog drains.
- Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work. (painting, staining, hanging doors, changing locks)
