📍 Doha, Qatar | Resident Position (5 days/week) | Offshore Visits Required

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and optimization of maintenance strategies, engineering methodologies, and procedures .
• Develop and enhance maintenance processes, work instructions, and asset strategies across multiple equipment classes.
• Promote best practices in work preparation, backlog management, and execution efficiency .
• Analyze KPIs from the Maintenance Management System and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies to improve quality and delivery.
• Coordinate closely with offshore and onshore Field Operations teams to streamline working processes and tools.
• Support backlog management for base operations, shutdowns, campaigns, and fabric maintenance.
• Interface with engineering and inspection teams to validate deliverables and ensure alignment on technical assessments.
• Manage Safety & Environment Critical Equipment (SECE) within SAP S/4.
• Contribute to Management of Change (MoC), risk management, and operational safety initiatives.
• Facilitate weekly modification and maintenance review meetings with clear objectives and reporting dashboards.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, including offshore exposure.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance & inspection management systems ( SAP ECC / SAP S4 ).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings (ELDs, P&IDs, vendor manuals).
• Medically fit for offshore travel.
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical capability.
• Fluent in English (technical and professional proficiency).
