Maintenance Officer

Requirements:

- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience of Maintenance Coordinator/Officer in rent a car company

- Vendor & insurance company handling

-Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal both)

-Excellent command on MS. Office including Advance Excel

Qualification: Graduate

Job Description:

• Maintenance of company vehicles
• Follow up vendors for bills and monitor ageing of vendors' payment
• -Follow up with insurance companies for vehicles coverage & launch claim of maintenance vehicles to arrange survey
• Take estimate from vendors on maintenance, negotiate and take approval from manager
• Daily maintenance report
• Manage inventory of parts and purchase from vendors if needed
• Dispatch cheques to vendor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
