We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Planning Engineer to join our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) task lists and schedules for paper machines and plant equipment.
• Prepare and manage annual, semi-annual, monthly, and weekly preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitor and track maintenance activities through SAP PM, ensuring timely completion of all scheduled tasks.
• Create, review, and issue maintenance work orders and coordinate execution with maintenance and production teams.
• Analyze equipment performance, breakdown history, and maintenance trends to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Conduct daily and weekly maintenance review meetings with production and maintenance teams.
• Support maintenance execution by recording breakdowns, work orders, and corrective actions in SAP.
• Coordinate spare parts requirements with stores and purchasing departments to ensure maintenance readiness.
• Create, maintain, and update SAP PM master data, including Maintenance Strategies, Task Lists, Maintenance Items, and Maintenance Plans.
• Train and support maintenance personnel on preventive maintenance processes, SAP PM utilization, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Male candidate preferred due to operational requirements of the manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in paper manufacturing, heavy industry, or process manufacturing will be an advantage.
