Maintenance Specialist - Mechanical

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Manage the planning of mechanical breakdowns and scheduled maintenance activities for production lines and auxiliary units,
• Ensure the execution of predictive and preventive maintenance activities,
• Identify areas for improvement, conduct root cause analyses, and lead team efforts to implement permanent solutions,
• Perform reporting and analysis related to the area of responsibility, and ensure the execution of activities that reduce costs and maintenance downtime,
• Manage small and medium-scale projects using project management techniques.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledgeable in pneumatic and hydraulic systems,
• Preferably experienced with SAP PM module,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmit or Yalova.
