Job Purpose:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the compound to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, preservation of assets, and delivery of high-quality services to residents and tenants, in line with Azure standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.

Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Receive and follow up on maintenance requests from management or residents and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure all facilities and systems (elevators, electrical systems, HVAC, pumps, lighting, etc.) are fully operational.

Coordinate with external contractors and monitor the quality of work performed.

Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, recurring issues, and asset conditions.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.

Monitor spare parts, tools, and materials usage while controlling maintenance costs.

Maintain service quality and support customer satisfaction within the compound.

Recommend technical improvements and solutions to minimize breakdowns and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance) or equivalent.

Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in residential or real estate compounds.

Previous supervisory experience is required.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
