We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a multi-family apartment community in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate is HVAC certified with 5+ years of maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred).
You will oversee the property's overall maintenance, manage the maintenance team, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain the community’s safety, appearance, and functionality.

Supervise and train maintenance staff; coordinate daily work with the Property Manager.

Complete and oversee repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general maintenance.

Prepare market-ready units, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.

Manage preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Maintain safety standards, MSDS records, and compliance with Fair Housing and building codes.

Monitor and maintain shop inventory, tools, equipment, and budget control.

Oversee pool care, grounds cleanliness, common areas, and lighting inspections.

Rotate on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Maintain professional appearance, strong resident relations, and excellent customer service.
