Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor | Blair, NE

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility and equipment maintenance team at our Blair distribution center. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, mechanically sound environment by coordinating daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and sortation audits.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Coordinate daily activities and training for maintenance staff to ensure rapid response times.
• System Oversight: Monitor conveyor systems, sortation reports, and PLC systems to maintain peak operational flow.
• Compliance & Safety: Partner with HR and Safety committees to ensure OSHA compliance and support injury-reduction programs.
• Planning: Develop work schedules based on preventative maintenance requirements and facility needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment .
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints/electrical drawings; knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
• Systems: Experience with conveyor systems, fire protection, and AutoCAD/PLC.
• Education: Vocational training in a trade (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) preferred.

Must be available on-call to support 24/7 distribution operations.
