Hiring: Fire Fighting Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor to manage preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm and fire protection systems under AMC contracts.

The role involves technical supervision, client coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with civil defence and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance & Technical Supervision

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems
• Handle fire alarm systems, fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, extinguishers, FM200, kitchen suppression, and emergency lighting
• Diagnose faults in panels, detectors, pumps, and control systems
• Attend breakdown and emergency service calls
• Conduct site inspections and identify defects or compliance issues
• Ensure all work follows manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
• Verify testing and commissioning after maintenance/repairs

2. Client & Site Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and emergency works
• Maintain strong client relationships and service quality standards

3. AMC Contract Management

• Manage multiple AMC contracts for fire alarm and fire fighting systems
• Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules
• Track contract renewals and service timelines
• Prepare AMC proposals, quotations, and documentation

Requirements:

• 6–15 years of experience in fire fighting system maintenance
• Strong experience in AMC contract handling and site supervision
• Proven background in fire protection or MEP companies preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm and fire fighting systems
• Ability to handle multiple sites and clients independently

Salary & Benefits:

• BD 350 – 450 (up to BD 500 based on experience)
• Visa and standard company benefits as per Bahrain labor law

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month
