Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Maintenance Supervisor for one of its entities (Ocean Mall & North Walk Mall) based in Karachi

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Qualification: B.tech (Electrical)

Experience: 4-5years

Salary: 50,000 to 60,000/-

Job duties:

* Design Maintenance Strategies, procedure and method, and develop Documents according to preventive , breakdown

* Carry out routine maintenance work and quickly responds to Equipment's Faults

* Good Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical ,Safety ,HVAC, Compressors ,Fire Alarm and controlling

* Control Maintenance tools , stores and equipment's , and also develop inventory of technical equipment lists

* Monitor and control maintenance cost, energy cost and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas

* Proper data collection and maintain the facilities maintenance schedule

* Report to BUH and Head of technical on daily basis and high light major issues and flexibility availability for 24/7 stand by duties and emergencies call
