Maintenance Supervisor/Technician

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our ongoing maintenance jobs, ensure timely completion, and coordinate material arrangements. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of supervision experience, a valid driving license, and excellent organizational skills. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Maintenance Supervisor will also be required to perform hands-on maintenance tasks themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate ongoing maintenance jobs to ensure timely completion

- Oversee job progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions

- Arrange and coordinate material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution

- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to achieve project goals

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement quality control measures

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards

- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

- Repairs and replacements of equipment and systems

- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of maintenance issues

- Installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems

- Routine maintenance and inspections

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of supervision experience in a maintenance or related field

- Valid driving license

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity with maintenance procedures, protocols, and industry standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including lifting, bending, and working at heights

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction, maintenance)

- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., maintenance management, quality control)

- Experience with maintenance management software and systems

- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
