Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across our portfolio of vacation homes. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and capable of managing a wide range of repair and upkeep responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency AC maintenance & troubleshooting
• Carry out painting, touch-ups, and finishing work
• Conduct basic electrical repairs
• Handle plumbing maintenance and leak repairs
• Perform carpentry tasks as required
• Manage ceiling fitting and related works
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guests
• Drive to different property locations as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance/handyman roles (AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Currently based in Dubai
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
