Maintenance Technician

Keep all the Warehause equipment, systems and machinery operative. This will be done by supervising the maintenance of the equipment, systems and machinery by making the necessary reparation or replacements and by setting up maintenance schedules (corrective and preventive).

Your tasks:

• Organize, lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Supervise stock of material spare parts and equipment.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules .
• Participate in the execution of the maintenance and/or corrective activities of concrete precast production plants.
• Carry out monthly inspections of the installations, material, tools, molds, machinery…
• Develop together with the rest of the department, solutions to specific problems that could appear during the production.
• Produce reports of maintenance activities, blueprints, schedules, and drawings.
• Understand technical drawings and catalogues.
• Follow technical standards and comply with HSE laws.
• Produce KPI´s indicators.

Your profile:

• Vocational studies, preferable mechanical or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions ideally within precast industry.
• Able to solve technical issues, fix things
• Welding skills – proven in action
• Experience in maintenance will be a plus
• Analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Resolutive personality used to face the difficulties and current day-to-day problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with teams in which members have a different culture or background.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
