Shifts Available:
-
A-Nights: Sun–Tue and every other Wed, 6 PM–6:30 AM ($2 shift differential)
-
B-Nights: Thurs–Sat and every other Wed, 6 PM–6:30 AM ($4 shift differential)
What You'll Do (Depending on Level):
-
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
-
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-
Support emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime
-
Use tools such as multi-meters, infrared scanners, and diagnostic software to keep machines running at peak performance

Plan and document work orders
-
Mentor and train other technicians (Levels 3–4)

Help establish continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, and autonomous maintenance programs (Levels 3–4)

Work with CNC equipment (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma) and ensure proper alignment, safety, and performance
What You Need to Succeed:
Level 1:
-
1+ year of maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
-
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical issues
-
GED or High School Diploma required
Level 2:
-
2+ years of experience preferred
-
Skilled in preventive/planned maintenance and use of diagnostic tools
-
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
Level 3:
-
3+ years of experience preferred
-
Strong background in CNC machine maintenance and alignment
-
Experience mentoring junior techs and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Level 4:

5+ years of experience preferred
-
Skilled at managing KPIs, vendor relationships, and predictive maintenance programs
-
Experience leading Root Cause Corrective Actions and autonomous maintenance
