Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician

Work Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Maintenance Department

Educational Qualification: DME/ BE. Mech/ BE.Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and CMM machines.
• Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of machines and equipment.
• Ensure minimum downtime and maintain machine availability.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and performance.
• Adhere to safety standards and 5S practices within the maintenance area.
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machines or systems.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
