- Repairs: Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly, including fixing leaks, repairing electrical faults, and maintaining appliances and fixtures in guest rooms and common areas.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and complaints regarding maintenance issues, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and manage maintenance inventory, including tools and supplies, and request additional materials as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hotel management and other staff to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to guests.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and hotel policies, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
