 Create work order for preventive and breakdown maintenance
 Ensure that AMC contracts are executed as per Service level agreements
 Maintain critical spare parts for inventory 
Ensure that all breakdowns are attended on timely basis and uptime of machinery is maintained
 Send out enquiry emails and get quotations for purchase ps spares and consumables for maintenance department
 Follow all processes mentioned in the maintenance manual
 Execute all tasks advised by maintenance manager 
Ensure that work permit system/ LOTO system is always adhered to
 Train and manage all unskilled helpers in maintenance department.
 Work closely with production and distribution supervisors and safety officer.

3 to 5 years' experience in process industry.
Basic knowledge of electrical trouble shooting with PLC based machinery(Preferably Allen Bradley), VFD drives.
Hands on experiance in electromechanical,
Pneumatic & Hydraulic.

Diploma

Willing to work on shift basis.
