Job Summary
Our Arizona facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the hydraulic hay compression production line. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and emergency troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in hydraulic systems and mechanical transmission structures; able to independently diagnose and repair core production line components, adjust hydraulic pipelines, and replace wearing parts.
• Familiar with 480V industrial electrical systems and basic PLC knowledge; welding certification preferred; capable of structural repairs and fabrication of tools or equipment as needed.
• Capable of maintaining and repairing company vehicles and equipment, including forklifts, loaders, water trucks, and semi-trailers; able to operate such equipment (valid certifications required where applicable by law).
• Skilled in preventive maintenance; able to establish and implement inspection and maintenance schedules for both production equipment and vehicles; capable of identifying recurring issues and preventing breakdowns.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulic machinery maintenance; experience in forage or baling production lines preferred; familiar with industrial safety standards; must be able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws (if required); strong emergency repair response and teamwork skills; able to maintain accurate service records.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
