Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a Full‑Time, Skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Columbus. You’ll support 600+ apartments and play a key role in keeping our apartment communities running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Handle day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs
• Turn apartments for new move‑ins
• Work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances
• Respond to on‑call emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC certification and 2+ years HVAC experience
• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Basic tools
• Ability to carry heavy loads
• Availability for on-call emergencies when necessary. Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
