Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for keeping the interior and exterior of the premises functioning and in good condition. You will be working to keep the grounds and common areas neat, safe, and presentable. We are looking for someone reliable, who can follow directions, work independently, and takes pride in their work.

Skills

• Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Interior and exterior repairs
• Seasonal maintenance tasks
• Groundskeeping
• Simple plumbing
• Painting
• Other tasks inside and outside the building as needed

Day shift, days may vary, hours may vary between 7 am and 11 pm. Some weekends and holidays may be required as is common in the hospitality industry.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
