MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to

  Receive Repair Request tasks from production/maintenance team leader and carry-out

repair activities in accordance with the set procedures, Work Instructions (WI) and Machine

Manuals in order to get the machine back into adequate working condition. 

 Seek Maintenance/Production Team Leader assistance in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need. 

 Request Spare Parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form from store keeper. 

 Execute repair tasks; clean the working area according in order to handle back the area clean and free from any work residues. 

 Upon repair completion, write the Finishing Time, task description, any pending tasks or newly discovered findings on the maintenance daily report and relay it to maintenance lead technician/maintenance team leader 

 Education & Experience

Technical Degree 0 - 2 years’ experience in related tasks Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic. English is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  Competencies Profile (Refer to competencies mapping)

 Able to work under pressure  Able to work night shifts

 Execute Preventive Maintenance preset by planning and carry-out activities according to the set checklists and highlight any new finding to further scheduling. 

 Assume 5S duties according to the set 5S plan to enhance working condition. 
