About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running at full capacity. You'll be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility systems — minimizing downtime, upholding safety standards, and driving continuous improvement on the ground.

Preventive Maintenance — Identify, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance measures to ensure reliable and uninterrupted equipment performance

Planned Maintenance — Coordinate and complete all planned maintenance activities in line with operational schedules and maintenance plans

Emergency Breakdown Response — Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns rapidly to minimize production downtime and operational disruption

Spare Parts Management — Monitor spare parts stock levels and proactively report inventory needs to management to prevent shortages

CMMS & Documentation — Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and reports in the CMMS system, keeping all documentation logs up to date
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field

2-5 years in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or food industry

Electrical & mechanical systems, technical drawings, schematics, and basic PLC/automation knowledge
