Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and improving facility operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

· Perform routine maintenance, trouble-shoot and repair on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, industrial printers and industrial automation.

· Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues accurately.

· Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

· Fabricating parts as necessary to support repairs and improvements.

· Conduct residential painting tasks when required to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.

· Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.

· Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Experience

· Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong understanding of logic controllers and mechanical systems.

· 2-3 years of electrician experience is required

· Previous experience with reverse osmosis, water filtration and membranes are a huge plus.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Expected hours: 40 per week

· Maintenance: 3 years, with strong industrial electric (Required)
