Maintenance Technician

Harbor Management is seeking to fill a PART-TIME Maintenance Technician for one of our properties in Lynn, MA . The maintenance technician will assist tenants with repairs needed in their apartments as well as repairs to vacant units to turn-over the unit to make it ready for occupancy.

Your Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance for the property. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial, and grounds keeping.

Your Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical,

appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Must have excellent communication

skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment

maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the

emergency on-call service.
