Maintenance Technician

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Senior Maintenance Technician – This is the advanced journey level in the Maintenance Technician job series. Positions at this level perform the most complex maintenance duties and HVAC experience. Someone expected to perform the full range of building maintenance tasks with minimal direction. Work involves maintaining gas furnaces and heaters and air conditioners, repair and replacement of items such as windows, doors, roofs, gutters, cabinets, walls, ceilings, toilets, faucets, water lines, electrical outlets, and light fixtures. The Senior Maintenance Technician may perform preventive maintenance tasks, as needed. Work is performed under general supervision of the Foreman.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
