Join Our Team – Maintenance Technician (Commercial & Residential Properties)

Location: Seneca Falls & Union Springs, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Note: Some weekends and rotating on-call schedule required

Are you a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in high-quality work? We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help maintain our commercial and residential properties. If you have strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems

• Repair drywall, patch surfaces, and apply paint (interior and exterior)

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete fixture replacements

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties

• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls

• Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs

• Accurately document maintenance work and service records

• Work with property managers, vendors, and contractors to complete projects

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial and residential maintenance

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and painting

• Able to troubleshoot issues and work independently

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Team-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks throughout the day
