Skills

• Strong electrical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairs and installations.
• Competence in maintaining equipment, performing preventative measures, and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience in residential painting techniques and practices.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
