• Compensation:$20–$28 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at our well-established 78-unit community in Memphis, you’ll be the backbone of our operations. You’ll ensure our residents enjoy safe, clean, and comfortable homes while helping us maintain one of the most respected properties in the area.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartments, common areas, and building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and painting).
• Complete work orders efficiently while delivering excellent customer service to residents.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and seasonal preparations.
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies on a rotating schedule (with additional compensation).
• Help maintain curb appeal through grounds and pool area support.
• Work closely with our property management and leasing teams to deliver outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (apartment or multifamily experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Professional, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Team player who is dependable and takes initiative.
