Maintenance Technician - ELECTRIC MACHINES

Job Description:

ᴧ Reading Blueprints, Electrical Drawings and Control Diagrams to assist and plan for trouble shooting.

ᴧ Perform fault analysis of Electrical & Electronics components such as transformers, controls, control panel, PCB, Motor, sensor, contractor, and circuit breakers.

ᴧ Basic Knowledge of PLC, Drives, Servo Motor, VFD Etc.

ᴧ Checking, operating, and troubleshooting of Machine accessories Thermal transfer Printer, Ink jet Printer, Check weigher, Fire Pumps, and screw air compressor etc...

ᴧ Strong Problem-solving skill for Electrical /Mechanical/Building related Maintenance and Spare Parts request knowledge repairing and maintenance works.

ᴧ Selecting appropriate replacement parts and troubleshooting problems by using the correct procedures.

ᴧ Understands and follows all plant safety works,

ᴧ Capable to Daily routine work of break down & Preventive maintenance Individually and Problem-solving skill.

ᴧ Daily update of break down register / KPI / Weekly +Monthly +Yearly check list report,

ᴧ Knowledge of Computerized maintenance management system.

Need to work in the weekdays & continuing the working hours to complete the breakdown

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
