Maintenance Technician — Electrical & IP CCTV (On-site, Evening Shift)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (on-site)
Job Type: Full-time | Shift: Mon–Sat, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT (Evening)
Salary: Up to PKR 40,000 / month

What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

• Perform electrical maintenance, wiring, and troubleshooting across office systems and equipment (lighting, outlets, circuit breakers).
• Install, configure and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems; perform routine CCTV troubleshooting & preventive maintenance. (Highlighted requirement)
• Run and terminate structured network cabling (LAN), configure basic routers/switches and ensure network continuity for voice desks.
• Diagnose and repair lighting, power outlets, and circuit issues to meet safety standards.
• Respond promptly to technical emergencies and maintain accurate repair/service logs.

Must-have qualifications

• 1–3 years’ hands-on experience as an Electrician, Maintenance Technician or Systems Technician.
• Proven experience in CCTV installation & maintenance (IP cameras, NVR/DVR) and low-voltage systems.
• Practical experience with LAN cabling/structured wiring and basic network device setup.
• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronics or related field preferred.
• Able to work Mon–Sat, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and visit both branch locations as required.
