Maintenance Technician- Electrical / Mechanical

Job Description:

Experience & Skills:

• 1-3 years experience in an industrial mechanical/ electrical maintenance role, preferably within the food industry ,manufacturing industry, Hotels, restaurants
• Electrically Mechanically inclined
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on various equipment
• Knowledge and understanding in the use of small conveyors, PLCs, mixers and grinders equipment, drill press, packaging machinery, scales, hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of Safety Act and Regulations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute preventative maintenance program as per schedule on all equipment, building lights and basic machinery.
• Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, and repair for equipment
• (mechanical, electrical and programmable logic controllers).
• Install, repair, replace and mechanical equipment parts, such as pumps, fans, switch boards,lights etc.
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery as required.
• Perform general building maintenance.
• Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of production machine activities, including machine work hours, production volume for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
