Maintenance Technician / Handyman – Holiday Homes, Dubai

About Us:
HAVN is a licensed and growing holiday home company in Dubai, managing a range of premium short-term rentals across the city. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our operations team and help keep our properties in perfect condition for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in holiday home apartments (plumbing, electrical, painting, AC, appliances, etc.)
• Conduct regular inspections before and after guest stays
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests from the operations and guest relations teams
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when specialized repairs are needed
• Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained
• Report maintenance activities and completed work through the internal system
• Support with furniture assembly, minor installations, and apartment setups when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Handyman (experience in holiday homes / hospitality industry preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and AC maintenance
• Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel across Dubai for property maintenance tasks
