Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance tasks across our properties, ensuring everything is functioning properly and well-presented for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks in apartments (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Carry out preventive maintenance checks regularly
• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests from management or guests
• Support in property upgrades and renovations as required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards
• Travel between properties in Dubai as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker, technician, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Flexible with working hours (including weekends if required)
