Maintenance Work Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance Work Supervisor to oversee day-to-day building maintenance operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repair works, and ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and contractors.
• Plan, assign, and follow up on daily maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs).
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and company standards.
• Maintain records of work schedules, completed jobs, and materials used.
• Report to the Operations Manager with updates and recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a maintenance supervision role (building/facilities preferred).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and building systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• UAE Driving License holder preferred.
