Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, landscaping, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and well-kept
• Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for repairs or improvements
• Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for all users
• Support tree care activities including pruning and removal to promote healthy growth and safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining various systems and equipment
• Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely; familiarity with excavators is a plus
• Knowledge of construction techniques related to hardscape installation or repair
• Ability to perform tree care tasks such as trimming or removal with proper safety procedures
• Experience with irrigation systems management and snow plowing operations
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
