Male Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain world-class standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness across all office zones.

  • Design hospitality-style employee service systems (pantry, coffee stations, rest areas, etc.) for consistency and responsiveness.

  • Develop SOPs, checklists, and service cycles for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

  • Implement “close-the-loop” service protocols to ensure all requests/issues are resolved and documented.

  • Create structured visitor and VIP guest protocols including welcoming, escorting, and servicing.

  • Coordinate with security, reception, and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.

  • Maintain readiness for high-profile visits, ensuring environment preparation and service detailing.

  • Ensure vendor compliance with defined hospitality standards (cleaning, catering, maintenance).

  • Gather employee/visitor feedback to assess service quality and implement improvements.

  • Lead, train, and manage in-house facilities, housekeeping, and support staff teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or Facilities Management.

  • 8–12 years of total work experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.

  • Background in hotel operations, corporate facilities management, or guest relations at a hospitality brand.

  • Strong vendor management and contract compliance experience.

  • Proven ability to design and implement SOPs and operational checklists.

  • Hands-on experience in VIP handling, visitor protocols, and service excellence.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Strong budgeting, health & safety compliance awareness, and team leadership skills.
