Job Title: Male Nurse – Construction Site

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Male Nurse to join our construction site team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing immediate medical care, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining medical records of site employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to workers at the construction site.
• Monitor and respond to workplace injuries, illnesses, or accidents.
• Conduct routine health checks and promote health awareness among workers.
• Maintain accurate medical reports, records, and inventory of first aid/medical supplies.
• Support HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team in implementing safety and health policies.
• Coordinate with external hospitals/clinics when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid DHA / HAAD / MOH / DOH / (as per local requirement) Nursing License.
• At least 3–4years’ experience as a Nurse (construction site or industrial environment
• Valid certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), First Aid, ACLS (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly.
• Male candidates only (due to site requirements).
