Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Engagement
- Lead client meetings to align on project goals, review deliverables, and address pain points.
- Translate client requirements into technical briefs for web development/design teams (e.g., wireframes, user stories).
- Present data-driven insights using CRM analytics (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) to guide client strategy.
Technical Project Coordination
- Manage CRM customization (e.g., Salesforce fields, automated workflows) and integrations (e.g., Zapier, API connections).
- Implement automations (e.g., email sequences, ticketing systems) to streamline client operations.
Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Mentor a team of developers, designers, and VAs, fostering Agile practices.
- Bridge gaps between technical teams (dev/design) and non-technical stakeholders (clients/execs).
Process Optimization
- Audit and improve client onboarding workflows, reducing setup time by via tools like [Notion/ClickUp].
- Document SOPs for CRM/automation setups to ensure scalability.
Technical Skills:
- CRM Mastery: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (configuring dashboards, reports).
- Automation Tools: Zapier, Make.com, or custom API integrations.
- Design Collaboration: Figma/Adobe XD for reviewing client mockups.
Qualification & Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years in a project coordination/Management/client success role with exposure to web development, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading teams.
- Basic Knowledge of GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho (configuring workflows, custom fields, reports).
- Know-how with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com) and API integrations.
Project & Client Management
- Experience running client meetings, translating business needs into technical specs.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) to derive insights from CRM/metrics.
Soft Skills
- Leadership: Ability to mentor teams and resolve conflicts.
- Communication: Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot automation/web issues independently.
