The Mall Leasing & Management Customer Services Executive serves as a vital link between mall tenants, customers, and management. This role ensures smooth leasing coordination, tenant satisfaction, and exceptional customer service across the mall. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a service-oriented mindset, capable of balancing operational efficiency with a welcoming, brand-aligned experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Leasing Support
- Assist in onboarding new tenants, guiding them through leasing procedures and mall policies
- Coordinate with leasing teams to ensure timely documentation, renewals, and compliance
- Maintain updated records of tenant feedback, lease status, and service requests
Customer Service Excellence
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Ensure prompt resolution of issues, coordinating with relevant departments
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements to enhance mall experience
Operational Coordination
- Support mall events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns by liaising with tenants and customers
- Ensure mall common areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Assist in preparing reports on customer service metrics and tenant engagement
Communication & Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with tenants, customers, and internal teams
- Communicate mall updates, policies, and promotional opportunities clearly and professionally
- Represent the mall’s brand with warmth, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, leasing coordination, or mall operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and lease management tools
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in retail or hospitality environments
