Mall Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Shopping Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier shopping destination in Bahrain. As a Mall Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading a team of professionals to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations, including tenant relations, customer service, marketing, and maintenance

- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and implementation

- Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve operational excellence

- Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations

- Foster a positive and safe environment for customers and employees

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role

- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
