Job Title: Sales – Asst. Manager Location: Coimbatore Salary: 4 to 5 LPA

About the role:

Responsibilities: ➢ Make an inventory and rate card for all open spaces other than retail areas - kiosks, signages and vertical spaces like drop down, weekend promotional spaces, innovative new spaces to be created extra ➢ Prepare competitive analysis for city on rates, potential and agencies or leads to create extra income ➢ Sell open spaces in mall - kiosks ➢ Sell hoardings, signages and vertical spaces ➢ Sell promotional marketing spaces for weekend activities. Monetize the same with targets and rates per day ➢ Create innovation space like LEDs, promotional activities etc. to increase income ➢ Create barter income for marketing on spaces exchange so it can be utilized in marketing of mall Candidate Requirement: ➢ Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred) ➢ Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1.6 years in a supervisory or team lead role

Skills: ➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills ➢ Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets ➢ Team management and mentoring capabilities ➢ Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
