Mall Partnership Specialist - Business Development (Riyadh)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Mall Partnership Specialist to lead our outreach and relationship-building with major shopping centers across Riyadh. Your primary mission is to establish formal collaborations that secure permission for our ground sales team to operate effectively within these commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and secure agreements with shopping mall management (e.g., Arabian Centers, Riyadh Park) for in-mall operational permits.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in mall leasing, operations, and marketing departments.
• Manage the partnership lifecycle from initial contact to contract signing and activation.

Ideal Candidate Profile (meets one of the following):

• A: Experience in retail development for major brands (e.g., STC, Mobily, automotive brands), responsible for securing mall spaces or pop-up locations.
• B: Previous experience working within a shopping mall’s management team (e.g., leasing, marketing, or operations).
• C: Experience at an activation agency (e.g., Waves), managing brand placements and events inside malls.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B partnership development or key account management .
• A demonstrated track record of successful negotiations with shopping malls is essential.
• Existing network with mall management is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Based in Riyadh.
