Job Description: Management ConsultantRole Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Management Consultant to join our strategic advisory team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our clients (SMEs and Large Enterprises), helping them solve complex operational challenges, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from initial diagnosis to the implementation of strategic roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current business states to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to formulate evidence-based insights and financial projections.
• Solution Design: Develop tailored strategic recommendations and business models that align with the client’s long-term objectives and ROI targets.
• Reporting & Presentation: Lead the creation of Client-Ready Documents, including Inception Reports, Diagnostic Findings, and Final Strategic Roadmaps.
• Implementation Oversight: Guide clients through the execution phase, ensuring that Quick Wins are captured and long-term KPIs are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and high-level meetings with C-suite executives to ensure alignment and secure buy-in for proposed changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in financial modeling, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Communication: Exceptional command of formal English (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Expert-level PowerPoint and Excel are mandatory).
• Soft Skills: Sharp problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and a "can-do" attitude toward challenging projects.
