Applab is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Business Consultant to support end-to-end bid and tender management activities in Qatar. The role involves managing the tender lifecycle, ensuring compliance with public procurement requirements, and supporting proposal development across Web & Mobile Application Development, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services engagements.
The candidate will coordinate closely with technical, finance, and management teams to ensure structured, timely, and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Qatar Government and enterprise tender portals (e.g., Monaqasat) and identify relevant opportunities.
- Prepare bid summaries and maintain the Master Bid Tracker.
- Translate RFP requirements into structured compliance checklists.
- Coordinate internal inputs for technical, commercial, and mandatory documentation.
- Support preparation of technical proposals aligned with SDLC methodologies.
- Manage submission packaging, formatting, indexing, and portal uploads.
- Coordinate bid bonds, performance bonds, and required corporate documentation.
- Support post-submission clarifications and documentation control.
- Ensure compliance with public tender requirements (technical/financial separation, addenda tracking, mandatory forms).

Key Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in bid management, proposal coordination, or tender operations within IT services or consulting.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Qatar public procurement processes preferred.
- Strong documentation, deadline management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
