Management Intern

About the Role

Octet Solutions is a Canadian Company with a diverse portfolio in Saas, Education, Immigration, Management, Restaurant and Construction Industry. We are hiring Management Interns for our Research & Development division. This role is ideal for individuals who want to work on product strategy, competitive analysis, and innovation,while learning how decisions are made in fast-growing tech companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and document all possible variations of a single feature, including workflows and decision points.
• Identify primary and secondary use cases, edge cases, and hidden scenarios competitors may have implemented.
• Analyze best practices, explaining why a feature should or should not be implemented in a certain way.
• Conduct complete competitor research and maintain structured backups (screenshots, videos, flows, data).
• Evaluate features from a marketing and commercial standpoint, will it sell, does the market need it, and how should it be positioned?
• Work on out-of-the-box ideation, proposing creative alternatives backed by logic and evidence.
• Challenge internal ideas with proper rationale, data, and research-based arguments.
• Prepare reports, flow summaries, and recommendation documents for management review.

Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in Management, BBA, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Ability to research deeply and document clearly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue, near Neon Square

Timings: Mon-Fri, 9 am- 6 pm, On-site

Stipend: 15K + 10K (allowance)

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
