Management Trainee Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
• Support production teams in improving machine efficiency and reducing downtime.
• Collect and analyze operational data for performance monitoring.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation on maintenance activities and project progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• •Education: DAE (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related fields)•
• Experience: Fresh graduates (0–1 year)
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
• Attitude: Proactive, disciplined, and adaptable to a fast-paced industrial environment.
