Role Description:

  • Competitive Landscape Mapping
    • Analyze competitors brand-wise, city-wise, and fee-wise
    • Understand market positioning and identify potential gaps/opportunities
  • SWOC Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Challenges)
    • Conduct detailed SWOC for all key competitors
    • Use structured four-quadrant format to assess internal and external factors
  • Market Expansion Survey
    • Carry out surveys in potential new cities and regions
    • Evaluate new markets using test-market methodology to assess feasibility
  • Demographic & Trend Study
    • Perform in-depth demographic analysis of the target group
    • Study emerging market trends and changing customer preferences
    • Utilize psychographic segmentation for deeper consumer insights
  • Commercial Plan Development

Based on research findings, develop a comprehensive business

plan including:

  • Marketing strategy: Targeted campaigns based on demographics
  • Business Development: City-wise expansion roadmap
  • Infrastructure Revamp: Upgrade physical and digital infrastructure
  • Talent & Compensation Benchmarking
  • Conduct compensation analysis and role benchmarking against industry standards
  • Ensure competitive, fair, and attractive compensation structures
  • Key Achievement: Cross-Departmental Rotational Program


Implement 1 month rotation in the following departments:

  • ROS Supply Chain
  • Works Department
  • Administration
  • Finance
  • Human Resources
