Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for our Finance Department. The selected candidate will undergo structured training and will be involved in various financial operations to develop expertise in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Job Description:
Assist in daily finance and accounting operations
Prepare financial reports and maintain records
Assist in audit-related tasks and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Fresh or up to 1 year of experience
Good command over MS Excel and financial tools
Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts
