The Management Trainee Officer – HR will support the HR team in daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
- Maintain HR databases, employee files, and documentation
- Assist with attendance, leave monitoring, and HR operations
- Help plan internal trainings and employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare reports and support day-to-day HR tasks

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Office
