The Management Trainee Officer – HR will support the HR team in daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
  • Maintain HR databases, employee files, and documentation
  • Assist with attendance, leave monitoring, and HR operations
  • Help plan internal trainings and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
  • Prepare reports and support day-to-day HR tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh MBA/BBA (HR preferred)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Highly organized, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
